A 30-year Wall Street veteran, George has held senior roles at Caxton Associates, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Merrill Lynch, UBS, and AIG, and co-founded Homaer International. He serves as CEO and CIO of a New York-based multi-family office, CIO of Y&D Capital, and General Partner of U.S. HMC Series Fund LP, focused on Pre-IPO SPV investments. George holds advanced degrees from NYU's Courant Institute and executive credentials from Columbia Business School.

A capital and research operator, he serves as Managing Director of Y&D Capital, a platform affiliated with a select group of firms holding a formal research agreement with National Bank Financial, with combined oversight across $1B+ in assets under management. He is also Founder of Young & Digital, a venture focused on digital-native strategy, research, and ecosystem development across emerging technology and media-driven markets, based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area.

A seasoned institutional markets professional, Mike has held senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, ETF Securities (now Aberdeen), and Carmika Partners LLP. He served as Director of Equity Derivatives at BAML, spent eight years at Deutsche Bank managing global macro and volatility hedge fund relationships, led the investment specialist team at ETF Securities, and served as Head of Institutional Coverage and COO at Carmika Partners. Mike holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
